With the country’s response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) having progressed, we want to update you on the measures that we are taking to ensure continuity of service.
In-line with the government advice on shops we have re-opened our office. To prevent the spread of the virus we have grouped our staff into 2 teams, only members from the same team will be in the office at any one given time. Our opening hours will remain the same (Monday – Friday 9am-5pm).
Where possible we are encouraging phone or video calls with new and existing clients that request appointments or training. We will also be available to contact via email. If face-to-face appointments are required we kindly ask that only one visitor attends per appointment.
On entering and leaving the office please use the hand sanitiser provided.
We ask that all visitors follow government guidelines keeping 2 meters apart from any other individuals within the office.
We will be cleaning the office at regular intervals throughout the day and in between any visitors.
For the safety of our staff and visitors we are unable to offer drinks during appointments. Visitors are however welcome to bring a drink if they wish.
